Typical CC student but with better ECs lol. Here's my list to get a feel for what I'm looking for. I visited BU and hated it so I need to replace it on my list. Any help is appreciated.

1) Yale University VISITED
2) University of Pennsylvania Wharton VISITED
3) Duke University
4) Cornell University
5) New York University Stern VISITED
6)
7) Northeastern University
8) Syracuse University
9) University of Miami
10) SUNY (Geneseo, Binghamton, Albany, Buffalo)
11) CUNY (Baruch, City, Queens) VISITED

I'm looking to major in business. A great college campus in a typical college town with the feel of Boston or Philly. Preferably in the northeast.

I like BC but I'm worried about employment/recruitment opportunities. I'm trying to remember the source in which I saw it in but a good percentage of graduating BC students were unemployed 6 months after graduation.

CUNYs have limited housing so I am using them for my safeties as I live in NYC.

I'd be a little wary of Bentley. Not very selective and seems to attract the dullards at my school. It has done a nice job of "marketing" itself though, which is another reason for concern. What did you hate about BU?

How about Fordham University? Fordham has a reputable undergraduate business program in NYC. It is less selective than NYU but is more competitive than some CUNY schools.

I mostly hated the student body and the modern, cold feel of the campus. It's basically like a crappy version of NYU with bad architecture. I hated the campus. And the students I spoke to, which were around 50 from different residences said that the social life was terrible. After visiting, I beleive them. The university is seriously lacking a community feel with spirit.

I'm not a huge fan of BU's campus but I gotta say that if you didn't connect with anyone at such a diverse school and meeting over 50 people, the problem just might not be with the school and might have something to do with you? Just sayin...
