Help - Requesting an Official Transcript?

<p>Hi, I just finished my first semester here and I need to obtain a copy of my official transcript for a scholarship. I've been trying to request one online via BearFacts, but every time I hit "Continue" after the address screen, I get a blank screen that never loads. Does anyone else have this problem?</p>

<p>Can I request my transcript in person? If so, could someone tell me how to do this? I am having trouble finding information on the website. Thanks! :)</p>
