I paid to send scores on December 22 and they still didn't reach my universities. The deadline is December the 31st! What should I do? And what happens if the sat scores do not reach by the deadline?

Most schools receive them electronically. They most likely won’t get them until they “pick them up”, which I’m sure they do around the deadline. I think you would be fine if you sent them on the 22nd.
Do the application checkers say “not received”? It usually takes a week or so the show up.

Remember, it takes time for the people in the college to match your score with the rest of your application since they arrive at different times. As long as you sent the score, you should be fine. You have proof that you sent the score in the form of a receipt that you can print anytime from the Collegeboard website.
