One more SAT test date left before the regular decision deadline for most colleges - which is more important at this point, SAT or subject tests?

My SAT superscore from 2 test dates is 2230 - 800 CR, 780 writing, and a sad 650 in math.
For subject tests, I've got a 780 in biology, 770 in literature, and another sad 660 in math 1.

Most of the colleges I'm applying to are extremely competitive. Should I use this last chance to take the SAT one more time and try to boost that math score, or, since almost all require 3 subject tests, should I take Spanish and Math 1?
Will a better score on a math subject test make up for my SATI 650, and make me a stronger candidate with a good spanish score thrown in?
