I need to drop my college algebra class and add precalculus IF possible...but that looks unlikely.

I will be short precalculus and biology this year...I plan on taking 2 classes during the summer (a math and s science)...will everything eventually work out

You can make it work out. There really isn’t a whole lot you can do in your first semester that is damaging enough for you not to be able to make it work out.

If you can’t get a space in any precalculus classes before the semester starts (and you should be able to), you can go to a precalculus class with a form for adding and ask the professor for a signature. There will be last-minute drops, and you will want to get in fast while those seats are empty.

If it’s a really big deal to you, try classes that have meetings at unpopular times: 9 am, Friday afternoons, etc. Math + inconvenience = a lot of people who don’t want to be there. (Here’s where everyone having TVs and recording devices hurts you: I remember when I could get into any class I wanted as long as it met during “All My Children.”)

^^^ Eh, Oedipus was just being a whiny brat. I mean sure you slept with your mother, but that’s no reason to go poking your eyes out! Be a man, not a drama queen!
