Help?? Schools don't list everything as received??

Hi, I finished applying to all my schools w/ Feb 1 deadlines last week. However a lot of the checklists don’t list everything as received??

I sent out my transcript to all schools in early-mid December. My teachers and counselor uploaded their recommendations in late December (through NAVIANCE). I sent out all my SAT scores then, too.

SCAD (common app) sent me an email this morning that allowed me to view my checklist. However it listed “Final Jr Transcript” as not received? First of all “junior”…? ?? Idk what this means but also I HAVE submitted my transcript.

SVA (non-common app) lists everything as received. However, next to my portfolio, it dates it November 19, 2015? I didn’t submit it until last week??? It’s possible I made my slideroom account (where you upload portfolio) in November if that’s what it’s listing but?? I don’t think so. (This school doesn’t require recommendations btw)

MassArt (non-common app). Doesn’t list my transcript OR teacher recommendations received…?

Also – I’ve emailed all these schools but waiting for replies.

I am in the same situation as you, but only my SAT scores are missing. You probably shouldn’t worry, as it usually take several weeks for colleges to sort through all the documents they receive. Keep checking you application status, and if they are still missing until, say, next week, email the colleges.

Ask your counselor at school.

When applications are due, it takes awhile for college admissions offices to sort through everything and update portals given the high volume of documents they receive around this time. The college will contact you or your guidance counselor if they are missing anything.

I’m planning to talk to my counselor as soon as I can. However I haven’t had school since last week due to exams and the east coast blizzard. I don’t have school tomorrow and possibly the rest of the week because of all the snow. Additionally my counselor is part-time and isn’t at school everyday.

I hope it’s just an issue of taking time to process things!!

However I’m still confused on the date listed for my SVA portfolio… I’m really worried they matched the wrong portfolio w/ my account…?
