Help selecting colleges

Hi guys sophomore year recently ended for me and i've started looking at colleges but keep going around in circles and can't really find a decent college i'm eligible for. At the end of sophomore year i have 90 GPA(I live in NY not sure how to convert into 4.0 scale), i have close to a hundred hours of volunteering at the library and recently started volunteering at a local hospital. I go to a average high school and i did stage crew for school productions, by the end of junior year i plan on having a 92-93 GPA, joining a few club and possible a FIRST robotics team if we can get one running. I took 1 AP this year, 2 next year and planning on taking 4 senior year. I have a couple low grades 75-80 in some of my weaker subjects such as foreign language and , geometry and trig. I am scoring 2000-2100 on my practices sats and I am confident i can do the same or better on the actual sat. I'm looking for match, reach and safety colleges preferably in the northeast with my current stats and i'm not really looking to get into an ivy or any schools like that with my grades just the best my current grades and ecs can get me into and any suggestions you guys have.
