Help selecting 'match' schools.

I have my list pretty much made, but I feel like it's [safety ------- reach]. Here's what I have so far:

University of Kansas (safety--I'll get a full ride here)
University of Pittsburgh (also a safety)
MIT (early)
^^applied to all of these already

Harvard
Princeton
Brown
Swarthmore
Duke
WashU

I want to add a couple of matches, but I'm not sure what that would be for me--here are some of my stats:
GPA: 4.0 UW, 4.16 W
ACT: 36 E, 35 M, 36 R, 36 S. 36 comp. (8 on the essay though)
SAT: 730 M, 780 CR, 800 W
SAT II: 800 Math Lvl II, 790 Chem, 740 Lit
APs: 5 Chem, 4 Calc BC, 4 English Language
Class rank: 1/161

My high school is small and only offers a few AP classes...I've been taking a lot of math/sci courses at our local university.
ECs are nothing extraordinary but nothing terrible either (I hope).

I want to study either computer science or chemistry, possibly going into pre-med with the chem. I was looking at Carnegie-Mellon, Rice, and UIUC as possible matches for me--any input? Other schools?

Thanks!

CalTech [ another reach], Harvey Mudd [ match], RSI. Agree with CM and Rice. You may want to add Stanford[ great CS and sciences but another reach]

Sigh...another one of "these threads." Not knocking your stats, OP but really.....you are plenty smart to figure this out on your own and you dont need to advertise your scores.

Johns Hopkins and Northwestern for chem and premed.

Tufts, Holy Cross, Hopkins, Brandeis.
