HELP! Should I withdraw from my program

Hello,

I am a current graduate student working on my DPT. I am on academic probation, and am struggling with classes. For a little bit of background, I graduated undergrad with a 3.8 GPA with little effort, and am currently in my first year of graduate school. I was put on academic probation in my grad program with a C+ and B grades. I have taken drastic measures to do better in school and all my focus is put on grad school. Unfortunately my last round of exams didn't go well. I received two 80% test grades and a 70%, which count as failing grades. If I don't show improvement I could be dismissed from my program. I know that I am capable of being exceptional, but I don't know if I am in the right program to show my true potential. I don't need easier, just different. The other students in the program won't work with me after my poor performance summer semester, and the faculty aren't exactly routing for me. I know I could be exceptional at another school and pull close to straight A's. However, I am curious to know that if I withdraw from this program is there a chance that I could get into another graduate school? Conversely, is there a way to start applying to other graduate schools while currently in one? One more question... is there any way I could possibly recover from this round of exams and potentially pull through and make it through my current program or is time to just pull the plug?

Sincerely,
