well if you are a native speaker with decent grammar, a 630 should be a breeze. it is much more difficult for non-native speakers like me ... im going to take the exam after the AP Span Lang .. which is in my junior year ...
but overall, i dont know many non-Spanish students who do well (700 or higher) on the exam. but maybe that's just my school :/

How does the SAT II Spanish test compare with the AP Spanish test?

i thought spanish was pretty easy actually...i barely prepared and just went in with what i knew from my current spanish class-AP. I felt like i had done really well and got a 720. i'm not a native speaker but i have been a strong spanish student for all of high school.

although, i do know that for a friend who wanted to take the test last year: when she asked her guidance counselor, he siad: "what's your last name? you only take that test if it's gonzolaz"
