HELP! St. Andrews vs. U of Toronto vs. UBC for IR

<p>I'm going abroad next year and want to know where people suggest I go. Cost is about the same at each school, so that's not the issue. I've heard Toronto isn't the most fun of schools, while UBC is a blast. I've visited St. Andrews so I know it's a fun environment. I'm going into International Relations and would also like input on each school's program. St. Andrews IR department definitely has a reputation, but does U of T or UBC? THANK YOU ALL</p>
