<p>I really messed up now, and I need help.
I submitted two common applications (Stanford and UPenn) just now. Except, I realized that for the activity description (1000 character mini-essay), my answer was cut off - drastically. It was within the character limit though.</p>
<p>Both Stanford and UPenn are on Winter Break right now, so even if I email them to ask what to do, none of the schools can reply to me before the application deadline.</p>
<p>What should I do?</p>
<p>I am thinking of emailing the schools with my common application number, explain the situation, and attach a file with the actual mini-essay.</p>
<p>How should I proceed with this? Please help!</p>
