HELP! Submitted Common App with wrong SAT Score!

So I promise this was totally by accident. On my real SAT's I got
800 W
750 CR
760 M

But on the common app i self reported it as
800 W
760 CR
750 M

What should I do? I already submitted the application. Will they recognize that it's an honest mistake, because it really was! Should I call the common app people and tell them about it?

Also, I accidentally checked an extra box in one of my activities for having done it an extra year when I didn't.

I dont think it matters what you self-report for ur standardized test scores. the colleges only look at the submitted scores from the test agency themselves

and no one will notice the add year of EC activity

thanks… but i get freaked out every time i see the big print on the common app that says if you misreport your scores serious consequences will be imposed

I made the same mistake with my scores… XP What did you do, and how did it go?

Relax … the scores were just flipped and within 10 points of each other. The total score is still the same. These are great scores so you are clearly not trying to add 100 points to your score or anything. If your not able to sleep, then send an email or hardcopy email to the admissions explaining the score you submitted was X and it should have been listed as Y, but you do risk highlighting an error that doesn’t affect how they view you.

Rest on your great overall score, and don’t bring attention to any issues in your application that are unimportant.

My D works in admissions (student rep) for her university. Their admins go strictly by the scores that are sent from college board or ACT. This wouldn’t be an issue at all and honestly, it is really easy to see what happened. Agree with Snowflake 100%.

How did it go?
