HELP!!!! submitted on Oct 1st, cornell still didn't receive supplement?

<p>HELP!!!!! I am really worried.
I submitted my application with my supplement on Oct 1st. But on the application status, it shows Cornell received my common app, but not my supplement. Do you guys know why this happened? Is the same thing happening to anyone else????
