HELP! Submitting CHANGES!

<p>So I just realized that I forgot to add some stuff to my UC app as well as the Common APP and I guess you're supposed to write a letter that address the changes that need to be made and the reason.</p>

<p>My question is - how do you write such a letter? Does anyone have an example? How "formal/professional" does it have to be? </p>

<p>To be frank, I don't even know how to begin with this letter of changes - I just know what has to be changed and yeah...</p>

<p>well, I just emailed the schools saying I had a couple of corrections to make and asked them how they would best like it submitted.... most told me to email or fax, so I did. Used my pleases and thankyous.</p>
