I want to send in a supplemental rec from my vball coach, and I was wondering, what's the proper procedure for it? Like do I use the 'teacher rec' form and modify it? or will it be in letter form?</p>

<p>You don’t need to send an official form for a supplemental rec - just submitting a letter is fine.</p>
<p>That’s what I’m going to do, too, except from a club advisor.</p>
<p>I was thinking of just sending in a letter. I think I’m going to mail all the recommendations together, so they’ll know what it is.</p>
