<p>You should speak to the deans of the colleges you're trying to transfer into. The CoE office is located in 308 or 309 McLaughlin, while the CoC office is located somewhere on the 3rd or 4th floor of Latimer Hall, if I recall correctly. Be prepared to fill out a lot of paperwork (yay for bureaucracy). Admission rates depend on how impacted your new major is, so it's hard to say, but if you have an above-average GPA (say, at least a 3.5), you should have decent chances. Good luck.</p>
<p>it's harder to get into CoE--you can apply during your second semester for admission into the next semester. Like Student said, you should be a competitive applicant with a GPA >= 3.5. CoC is simply a matter of filling in some forms--I know a lot of people who switched in and out of it before their first semester.</p>
