So I am currently attending SU, and I really like it here.
But I was offered guaranteed admissions to SUNY Geneseo in the spring term.

I am currently in the pre-med program and will continue it in Geneseo
Disregarding the finances, which school will better prepare me for medical school????

AKA: Idk if I should stay or transfer!! >.<

Did you cross-post in the pre-med forum? You might get more and/or better responses there?
What kind of track record does your current school have at getting students into medical school? What kind of advising resources do they have for pre-meds?
I think med schools care more about the GPA and MCAT scores than where you went to school.

You should talk to your class dean at Syracuse about your apprehension and ask the questions mentioned by BeanTownGirl. Geneseo is more of a liberal arts school but they are one of the best SUNY schools so it would be a viable option as well. Just talk to admissions counselors from both schools about which pre-med program would be a better fit for you and which one offers the concentration you are most interested in.

I’ve actually thought about that before, but I didn’t let SU know about my expected transfer yet, and I’m pretty sure they’ll be biased! However, I’ll take your advice and see what they say :)
