HELP!!! Take 3rd year of Spanish or Science

I want to do my major in Engineering (Computer Science or Biotech) I want to go to UCSD.

My councilor told me that 3rd year of Spanish is recommended but not required but if you take 3rd year of Spanish it will look good on your transcript and is recommended but not required by UCSD.

Should I take 3rd year of Spanish or another Science class or Computer Science class

I took 2 years of Spanish
PreAP Bio
PreAP Chem
Intermediate Chem and Physics
Next Year taking Adv. Physics

2nd Question: I am a Junior... I took 5 PreAP Classes, 3.9+ GPA but no AP is it ok or not to get in UCSD... What should I take next year (Senior Year)

Thanks for your Help!!!

Keep taking the language. If you can take a language AND a science. My college counselor never let's anyone drop a language Junior year. Supposedly it's a bad sign. I don't know about USC, but some schools certainly do consider it a red flag.

i would strongly recommend 3 years of spanish. (most private schools require 3-4 years of language... you aren't going to apply to one college... so consider requirements for other colleges). i think you should take both spanish and science, that is if you can handle them. if you can't, go with spanish.
