Help this junior!!!

Okay, so I'm a high school junior and have some brief pre-college questions. I assumed, since these are math and science questions, the MIT forum would be the best place to post :b

-How do I get scientific work published? (mostly theoretical physics stuff)

-If I don't get it published, do colleges see it as valid?

-HOW DO I TAKE THE AMC 12 AND ATTEMPT TO QUALIFY FOR THE USAMO!?!?!? I CANT FIND THIS ANYWHERE!!!

-What summer programs/internships in math or physics do you recomend?

THANK YOU!

(3) Have you googled? I found this page that appears to have registration information:
[American Mathematics Contest 12 - AMC 12](<a href=“American Mathematics Competitions | Mathematical Association of America”>American Mathematics Competitions | Mathematical Association of America)

(4) If you’re interested in math and science, you could try RSI, MITERS (if you’re a minority), or WTP (if you’re female). You can google these from MIT’s website. There are more non-MIT-affiliated programs, but I am not familiar with them.

Anybody may apply to MITES.
From the MITES website:

1.Who can apply to the MITES Program?

The MITES Program is open to current 11th grade students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Students can attend public or private school or be homeschooled. Students from all racial and ethnic backgrounds can apply for the MITES Program.

^ Ah, my mistake. I guess the expansion is misleading :)

I thought you had to be a minority for MITES?

Everyone is a minority.
