Hey, I’m an International student. I did ACT and SAT subject tests (Physics/ Maths level 2) recently and got 34 for ACT and 800s for both SAT subject tests (Physics/ Maths level 2).

test scores aren’t everything…waht are you grades? extracurriculars?
According to foreigncredits.com My GPA is about 3.8
Apply to UAlabama, Temple, Miami-Ohio - all have generous merit scholarships and have excellent Honors Colleges.
