<p>"Considering your lifetime goals, discuss how your current and future
academic and extra-curricular activities might help you achieve your
goals." </p>

<p>I want to major in GEOLOGY and altough I took Environmental Science AP, I don´t have any extracurriculars related to geology. (I am in student council, chess club, school magazine, book club, etc.) </p>

<p>what do I do now? </p>

<p>I guess you spend your essay articulating why, lacking any Geology-related ECs, you’re still interested in the field (if need be, write about informal ECs like recreational hiking or reading Geology books, etc.). Then emphasize what future activities you would be interested in pursuing. It would also be interesting if you can articulate how non-related ECs will help you succeed in college or your desired career.</p>
