HELP! Torn between two countries and two majors!

Hello everyone!

For the longest time I have considered becoming an international student. BUT I have several questions in regards to that.

I'm still debating on what my major will be (I'm thinking between specialized nursing or Ancient History) I love history, so there is a possibility I might major in that. I had chosen my top two countries in where I would love to study (Canada or England) but I'm so undecided and full of questions. I did do some research but I would love to hear everyones PERSONAL experiences!

Which country would be best (Referring to financial wise and educational)?
Is the requirements into getting to school different than in America?
Is there any program in which I could go to Canada or England through?
Is it possible to go to Community College for 2 years and then get a transfer to either country? If so, How hard is it?
Financial Aid? How different is it there and how difficult.

I would appreciate everyones response! Have a good day and thank you in advanced!

Why don’t you apply to both countries and let destiny decide?

You should expect to be paying for the full cost of your education both in Canada and in England. The costs should be in the same ball park.

If you decide to study nursing, you should be doing that in the country you want to work in afterwards; you might have a hard time getting a license to practice nursing anywhere else. If that’s not your home country, then you should be certain that you can get a work visa in that country with a nursing degree (and you should have a backup plan in case things don’t work out the way you had hoped).
