I have narrowed my decision to these two:

Boston University 7 year Ba/Md Program

Washington University St. Louis, Danforth Scholarship Program

Danforth article for those not familiar: http://magazine.wustl.edu/Fall01/danforthscholars.html

Assume money is pretty much equal for both programs.
All input would be much appreciated. Urgent help needed.

BU's a decent med school. Are you 100% sure you won't change your mind about med-school? It'd definitely be nice to not have to spend money prepping for and taking the MCATs and on all those applications and interviews for med school. But do you want to short-change your undergrad experience by reducing it to 3 years? You're basically getting a free ride at a school on the top-10 bubble with an opportunity to grow and explore a variety of interests. and, of course, succeeding as a pre-med at WashU goes a long way to getting you into a better med school than BU, potentially with scholarship for med school as well. I'd go with WashU, really get the most from an undergrad experience. You'll be pampered as a Danforth scholar and when it comes time to apply to med schools, Dean Stahl and Dean Herman will be there to get you into top-ranked programs.

Med school financing is a pressing issue for me right now, since I might have to deal with it now with BU smed and all.

The scholarship potential thing, its only for a small percentage of state med schools I assume?

i'm not too sure of the med-school deal. my sister went here (WashU), we overlapped for a year. dean stahl helped her get a full ride in merit aid (not loans) to Vanderbilt med. Some of my other pre-med friends here have also gotten full merit scholarships to non-state med schools. is BU paying for your med school as well?
