FSU has my transcript from October, but does not have an updated transcript and probably won't have an updated transcript by the deadline - Jan 19th.

Is this a problem? If so, how can I fix this? Bring my transcript to FSU myself?

I didn’t have the chance to speak with my guidance counselor on Friday, but a woman who works at the front office said it should not be an issue because we just came back to school…

I sent a request for my transcript to be sent electronically, but I still do not think it will make the the deadline.

If you find out that you absolutely cannot get it there by the 19th then I would call FSU, explain that you already requested it be sent and ask if you can fax or email an unofficial one temporarily. They may also just give you a grace period. It does sound like it has a good chance of getting there on time since it’s done electronically instate.

I do not think this will be an issue. To be honest, most HS have semesters that are ending right now, and by the time exams are done and grades post…

I think you simply need to have ANY transcript on file by Jan 19th, and 7th semester grades updated as the school gets them in. Once they are posted in your school’s system, FSU has them electronically almost immediately. Don’t panic over this. Email FSU admissoions Monday. But there are aware that you can’t get to them a transcript for 7th semester grades until you actually finish the semester, take exams, have grades post etc.

What it says and what they have are often different. The web page may not have been updated. Email or call and ask. They were closed totally for a week between Christmas and New Years, and likely are catching up.
