HELP. Transfer test scores.

I am applying as a transfer for sophomore standing to some top schools (Penn - CAS, UChicago, Northwestern, and the likes) and I recently re-took the ACTs in hopes of improving my score. I didn't improve at all. None of the schools superscore the ACT.

Yes, I know that I have a low chance of getting into most of the schools, and, yes, I know that my college GPA is more significant than my ACT scores, but I just want to make a strategic decision to improve my chances of acceptance.

OCT 2006
Composite: 32
English: 34
Reading: 34
Math: 28
Science: 31
Essay: 11

OCT 2007
Composite: 32
English: 36
Reading: 34
Math: 32
Science: 24
Essay: 9

Which one should I send? Is there any harm in sending both? THANKS!

i think the oct 2006 score is better. a 24 is very low, and while you have a 31 in english, you have a better all around average in ur oct 2006.

I like the 2006 scores better too. Remember colleges will get to read your essays.
