I am applying as a transfer for sophomore standing to UPenn - CAS and I recently re-took the ACTs in hopes of improving my score. I didn't improve at all. To my knowledge, Penn does not superscore the ACT.

Yes, I know that I have a low chance of getting in, and, yes, I know that my college GPA is more significant than my ACT scores, but I just want to make a strategic decision to improve my chances of acceptance.
