I was trying to apply in colleges of Ontario and it said that I have to pay.Is there any online application I can send without paying?

You can contact the colleges and ask if they will waive the application fee.
But be prepared for a disappointing NO answer. My guess…waivers are given to Canadian residents for colleges in their country.

Anyone can apply. You were asking aboutmgettong a waiver for the application fee. You need to contact the specific college and inquire about that.
In this country (the U.S.) application waivers typically are not given to citizens of other countries.
Maybe the Canadian universities give waivers to folks who are not Canadian citizens.
You need to contact them…and ask.

The application is ONLINE…you are asking if you can apply without paying the application fee. Just make sure you ask the right question!
