HELP!!! UC grades... lowercase and abbreviated ?

I was looking at the UC grade reporting for classes that I took during the summer and it wanted the grades in lowercase and abbreviated so that it fits under 30 characters.

Huh? I get the lowercase part, but do you have to abbreviate if the course name is less than 30 characters? How do I know what to abbreviate?

I need to abbreviate “Algebra II” and “Pre-Calculus”

Help? Someone shed some light for me…

Thanks for your help in advance.

I just checked my transcript

Use these:

alg 2

pre calc

Best of luck on your applications :)

Another really quick question... what happens if you took summer classes at a community college? Does the summer courses guideline supersede the college guidelines?

For example, I took Pre-Calc during the summer at a community college. Based on the summer courses guideline, I should put this class in my 11th grade year. But based off of the college course guideline, it seems as if I should put it in the 12th grade year.
