I vaguely remember hearing something about them a long time ago and I have no idea if I sent them in or not (probably not). The webpage says if you don't send them in, a hold will be placed on your classes/account, but there isn't any. I'm not a part of USHIP and have my own insurance, do I still need to send them in?

If you can get your parents to scan your medical records print them out and bring them to the student health center it works too.

I’m not sure if this is related to the immunizations record, but at the UCI ZotPortal home page, under the “My Admissions Application” box, the last bullet point used to show something about my application being finalized (but they still needed some documents), but a few days after I mailed in my record to UCI, it changed to “Your admissions is completed.” If you didn’t check ZotPortal already, I guess it would be a good idea to do so. ┐('~`;)┌

Yes, you have to send in your immunization records. If you don’t have them, you can get them from your secondary school records or your doctor.
