I was actually planning on going to CSULB, but i know that UCM is well it's a UC but it's a lower UC....

My original plan was to do two years at CSULB and transfer to UCLA (hopefully) but i ono if i shud just stay with my original plan or go to UCM i need to make a decision by June 11th so plzzz give me some advice!!

Can you drive to Merced and check it out? I assume you have already visited Long Beach. I think visiting is top priority this week. Congratulations, by the way. It's good to have options.

here's the thing, i can't rlly visit because im in china at the moment, but i know wat long beach is like because it's my home town, merced not too sure...im kinda just going on wat ppl say...and doing online virtual tours of the campus and i mean the housing is great! so that's a plus...but ya kinda a problem any other advice?

It's very difficult to transfer to a UC from a state college. Vast majority of their transfers are from community colleges. Once you go to Long Beach, you may be "stuck" there. So if you want to transfer, contact UCLA/Merced admissions and ask directly about your chances at UCLA from Merced.
