I am taking a math course(linear algebra) right now, and i think this is not required for my major which is economic. if i get a D in this course, and my spring 2013 gpa is over 2.0, will it affect my admission status?

As long as the gpa is no less than 2.0, you won’t be dropped out - if that’s what you mean by ‘admission status’

i am going to transfer to ucsd this fall, will they withdraw the offer if i get a D?

If the course is your major pre-req, then they will withdraw the offer.

It’s so much better to withdraw than get a D

this course does not show on assist.org for my major, so it is not pre-req right? i am an international student, my school does not let me withdraw this course, because if i withdraw i will be under unit

If it is not pre-req, then you will be OK.
But if the units will be under 60, you will probably get rescinded.
