help~Upenn Transfer

<p>Hey I am an international student in a very competitive university in China. I am applying to Penn as a transfer.</p>

<p>One thing I am not sure is whether I should send my SAT Reasoning scores to them.
My Sat reasoning is only 2060: CR 620 MATH 800 W640
SAT SUBJECTS: MATH2 800 US HISTORY 720</p>

<p>I know someone who transferred to Penn without sending SAT scores. But I dont know if this will leave detrimental effect on my chance. </p>

<p>Any help?</p>

<p>Penn requires SAT scores so you should send them. And your SATII are awosome.</p>

<p>Thanks Diablo47 and iansown...I am in the ball park. Still quite unsure bout it.
Any more advice?
And I heard if you got over 40 credits, there is no need to send SAT scores to them.
Its tough..
