chances? my main concern is can i still get in with a C, and tons of B's in freshman year, i don't have any excuses besides i was unprepared for high school...
please help, very appreciated.

One C isn’t going to be a major factor. However, your ECs are pretty generic. There are tons of applicants that do exactly what you do. If I could suggest something, and you don’t have to take my advice, or anyone’s on CC, is that you should look for ways to make your true self stand out from among the thousands of applicants. If your ECs are truly what you are passionate about, go for it and make sure it comes through in your application. However, if you want to experiment and try to find something new that you love in the next two years, it could only benefit you.

Thanks for the input, you guys made me feel better about the situation, and sorry about posting “urgent” idk i posted like 30 min after i saw my grade and I was in a lot of shock (kinda, not really an excuse) but sorry :(

Dude - relax. Breathe a little bit. One C isn’t going to be a major breaking factor. You still obviously have generally solid performance in your grades, and your ECs, though they MIGHT be a bit generic, are still really good. Just work hard to keep your grades up this year, and you’ll certainly have a shot. :)

Nobody knows what will happen in two years. This year, Michigan is on course for a 15%-20% increase in applicants. That means 47,000-50,000 applicants. If Michigan has a similar increase in the next to years, you are looking at 60,000-65,000 applicants for 15,000 acceptances. With those numbers, Michigan would be a reach for any applicant. In other words, it is not possible to chance you at this time. As us again in October of 2014.
