Help what are my chances into getting into huntsman with these academics???

Hello I'm currently an Asian American (note that) high school senior wishing to apply to the Huntsman Program as top choice in November, EARLY decision. I want any UPenn students, hopefully Huntsman ones, to evaluate my stats as thoroughly as possible as give me a recommendation of my next year class choice and my chance of getting in. Thanks in advance!

My language choice: Spanish or Japanese

My stats:
-SAT taken twice, superscore 2140 (does UPenn accept that?)
1st time - M 770, R 640, W 660. 2nd time - M 700, R 570, W 730.
-SAT Subject in Chinese w/ Listening 800, Level 2 Math 790, Spanish 780.
-AP score: World History 5, Chinese 5, Calculus BC and AB subscore both 3, Computer Science A 3, US History 4.
-GPA weighted cumulated: 4.253
Unweighted cumulated: 3.83
-My essays are pretty amazing, and I pretty sure I'll get good recommendations from a teacher who admired me.
-Fluent in Chinese, Taiwanese, and English. Proficient in Spanish and Japanese.
-Extracurricular:
National, English, Tri Music, Math, Science, English Honor Society officer
-Long list of piano accolades, national and international.
-Science Olympiad state finalists
-Science fair regional finalists
-Varsity Math, American Math Competition top scorer
-National Writing sort of competition, school finalist
Some other stuff
-Worked as translator-interpreter, editor, started eBay trade assistant type of selling service online, worked at restaurant, was piano teacher, was piano performer at caf

I took AP Music last year and didn’t find it very difficult at all. If you have a strong music background, you’ll do fine and there isn’t much work either. I’ve heard AP Economics isn’t too bad either, so those two classes shouldn’t be too difficult. I think if you’re able to learn independently well, you could definitely add AP Stats to the mix.

As for chances, you seem like a really interesting applicant, and while it’s a reach for everybody, (I hate hearing that so much) you totally have pretty decent chances if you have a stellar essay. If you can improve your critical reading score, by all means do it. Also do you have a class rank?

Your SAT II seems low. >2300 would be idea. Are you retaking it?

no one can give you a “percentage of acceptance” but your stats are fine. don’t worry about them cuz they look good! All the Huntsman people I know are very passionate about the program so let that be very obvious in your essays.
It seems to me that in all of Penn’s special programs, they really want to know how being in the certain program will allow you to achieve your goals, but also and perhaps more importantly, what you as an individual can contribute to the program.
