Hey - I am a freshman at a Business School (Undergraduate) and I am looking to going to Emerson in the fall.
I have always been passionate about writing and everything to do with literature.
In high school I had a GPA of 3.2 while taking one AP class and a UCONN class where I earned 6 credits. My high school is considered to be incredibly hard and among the top in the US.
In high school I did X-Country, Track, Phenomenology Club, and participated in starting up the school newspaper while being copy-editor and writing opinion-based articles.
I was also a PSIA certified Ski Instructor and had another mediocre job in a grocery store throughout my high school career.
In college, for my first semester, my GPA was a 3.55 and I was a part of the International Business Association and Pep Band.
I write short stories on the side and have a book posted on Wattpad.
I really love Emerson and just need to know if there is any chance of getting in at all…
Even though I went to a business school for a year, my true passion is writing and I hope to go to Emerson and get the Writing, Literature, and Publishing Major.
My SAT scores were somewhere in the 1790s range and in the ACT/SAT writing section I always did really well.
Please tell me your opinions ahhh
