Help, what are my chances?!

Hello, I'm a high school junior, incoming senior and my 4 schools that I'm aiming towards is UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC San Diego and UC Berkeley! Here is basically all I have done.
GPA: 4.06 (9th: Excellent grades. 10th: Went a little downhill, lowest grade was a C (only in 1 class), 11th: Greatly improved)
SAT: 1740 (Reading:600, Math: 560, Writing: 580) Will take 1 more in October
SAT Subject Tests: Biology E: 620, Math 2: 520 (math is so bad!!!)
ACT: English: 28, Math: 27, Reading: 31, Science:28, Combined English/Writing:26 (I took the ACT plus writing)
AP's: Haven't gotten my scores yet but last year I took AP Music Theory (4) and based on next year as well I will have taken 7 AP's
Extracurriculars: Secretary of my Key Club @ school, Youth Leader at my church and in charge of Fundraising committee, Retreat leader 2 times at overnight weekends, Co-Secretary of ASL Club (American Sign Language), Piano for 11 years (and have won several awards), ELC status (eligible in the local context for uc schools), attending a medical summer camp this July!!!
Do you guys think I have a chance???

UCI: High Match
UCR: Match
UCSD: Reach
UCB: Reach

Chance back?

I would try to improve that SAT score. Study over the summer and aim for a 1900 which would give you better chances at UCI. Also I would apply this July to the UCR GAP program. If you have a SAT score of 1700 or higher and UC GPA 3.9 or higher, you can guaranteed acceptance to UCR and already have a safety school.
