Help-what do I need to do to get a 30 or above?

So I'm signed up for the December test. I really want at least a 30, but I am aiming higher. Here are my scores for the October test:

Composite: 29
English: 34
Math: 26
Reading: 31
Science: 24

English/Writing: 32
Writing: 9

Ugh, suck. BUT Here is what probably killed me: our proctor didn't even write the start and end times on the board, so I foolishly didn't try to pace myself. The math section was going pretty well for me, but get this--I left 13 questions BLANK because the time ended! So I'm guessing that I missed around 20 questions WITH the thirteen blank ones? So does that mean I could have done pretty well if I had just gone faster?

Yeah, the science section pretty much rapes me. :(

What do I need to do to do better this time around? I'm thinking about adding extra applications on my calc next time (I really didn't have any that helped on the test).

Do I just need practice tests? Where should I get some?

you cna get practice tests out of the red book (THE REAL ACT PREP GUIDE) or PR .... or that McGraw book that has like 10.

I think planning out a pacing strategy before hand would be highly beneficial.

Dont leave any blank, ACT doesnt take off for guesses or wrong answers.
