I am applying to Cornell Human Ecology from a Specialized Science High School and I was just told that I am missing a Math SATII. I can't believe I missed it on the requirements page, I'm such a klutz. The next one is in May, and I'm thinking of asking if they could wait for my May SATII...Do I even stand a chance for admission? How should I communicate with them? What should I say and what should I do? Is there any advantage to withdrawing my application?

I have a 740 Math, 740 Critical Reading, and 700 Writing, 92 average (My school is unranked)

Any advice or response is appreciated. Thank you so much!

Don't withdraw your application yet. Talk to the admission office and see what you can do. My guess is that they would waitlist you until you take Math SAT II.

the only person who benefits from withdrawing is the college as they can just chuck ur file out.

If its incomplete, u wont be admitted, summat that cannot happen if ur app is withdrawn anyway

U paid 65 bucks... stay in it dont waste it

Call them up

I believe Cornell also does spring admission - it is possible they may ask you to change from applying for fall 06 admission to applying for spring 07 admission.
