HELP! What should I put as modules on UCAS?

<p>I am a Danish student, and I will have completed two years at a US community college next spring. I have decided to apply to some UK colleges as well as American ones (I realize I have to start from year 1), and I have a question regarding the application process:</p>

<p>What should I put as modules on the UCAS app? Every single class and grade I have done since junior high (in Denmark)?</p>

<p>You will have to put the grade of your leaving exams down and possibly the grades you achieved at the CC.</p>
