<p>I just received a letter saying that I was 'notified' of missing pieces to my application in mid-February, which I most certainly was not, and that my application has been withdrawn. They said that if I have any questions to call the UAO. </p>
<p>Do I have any options? I submitted the entire application over the internet, and all the supplementary forms such as Teacher Rec's and School Report were definately sent. I am completely and utterly perplexed</p>

One of my teacher rec has been missing and I had to send it again...
but the status site is not updating or the letter didnt get there although I sent it like two weeks ago.
and for some reason UAO doesn't pick up my calls -0-

<p>also, yes, i did call between what the UAO said was buiness hours,
and called the number on the website.
