<p>I know fairly recently I saw the cutoffs for NHRP by area. Can anyone give me the link? I'm specifically looking for Texas right now. I'm Googling but coming up empty.</p>

<p>I finally found it! Now, if only I could remember whether they count Texas as South or SW. I think it’s SW.</p>
