Please, I need to make a decision and I really want to take an easier course to complement my more difficult classes. Which is easier? I've looked on CampusBuddy but neither can give me a definitive answer. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!!!

What difficult classes are you talking about…
Toss a coin.

anthro 3ac is more cultural anthro stuff. it has more of a social aspect to it. anthro 2ac is archaeology. it’s mostly terms, dates, and people. It’s also kinda scientific. pick whichever suits you.

Berkeley’s social anthropologists are extremely biased and anti-science (specifically anti-biology) in many cases. At one point they ran out their last two biological anthropologists (Prof. Milton, now in ESPM, and Prof. Tim White, now in IB); they eventually had to hire two more, so that they could stop needing GSIs to teach Anthro 1 lecture.

Anthro 2AC would be a better way to go.

Anthro 3AC is a prereq for more majors than is Anthro 2AC, so I really suggest taking Anthro 3AC. I took Anthro 2AC and wish I’d taken the other one.

^
Good game

Can Anthro3AC satisfy a breadth + american cultures + a psych prereq?
