<p>I think the OP means the Harvard adcom for the state of Maryland.</p>
<p>Harvard College Admissions does have a policy that the name of the adcom in charge of your area cannot be released for privacy and security purposes. That said, there are people who definitely get around this rule. I personally don't know who the adcom of Maryland is. I would title the letter "To whom it may concern" or "To the admissions committee".</p>

<p>Hmmm, call them up. I know in my region the name of the head adcom is well-known--my guidance counselor knows him, and I got his name just by calling the admissions office. But maybe in other regions, it's not the case. Check it out and see ;)</p>
<p>why such an odd policy? Maybe there's more than meets the eye, but I don't understand why they don't disclose that information...are they concerned someone might find them and stalk them or kill them if rejected??? ;)</p>
<p>As GuitarManARS has stated, you can just call them up. It is up to the person who receives the call that will choose to release/withhold the information.</p>
