Hello, I applied regualr decision to all of my schools and so far have only heard back from two (SUNY University at buffallo—accepted, and SUNY Stonybrook–declined).
My gpa is a 3.3 or 86%
My SAT Critical reading: 570, Math: 660, writing: 660
Here is my full list of schools…Do I have a legitiment chance at any?
Boston Uni
Cornell
Fordham
NYU
North Eastern
SUNY Binghamton
Syracuse
The George Washington
Union College
University of Connecticut
UMASS Amherst
Umiami
Notre Dame
Wake forest
Notre dame, wake forest, university of Miami, GW, northeastern, Cornell, NYU, Fordham, and BU are all reaches that’s just off the top of my head. The others maybe but I am not as familiar with them as the ones I already mentioned. You can google (insert college name here) admitted student profile or google common data set for (insert college name here) to find out where you stand. Best of luck!
In my opinion, I think everything besides Syracuse and UCONN are reaches. I am also interested in the schools above, especially Fordham and GW, and I am pessimistic about my chances with even a 29 ACT and 3.8 GPA, but mostly likely I will get in. So, the best way to get accepted is to raise your GPA while still taking rigorous classes.
