So I'm now a junior and my freshman and sophomore combined GPA is around a 3.33. Well this year, I have retained a 4.1 so far and plan to keep around a 4.0 for both of these semesters. I hope to get anywhere from a 26-28 on my act in the spring. I am a part of marching band, jazz band, and symphony band. I have 2 honors classes and will probably have a few more before i graduate. I am going to be the first person in my family to go to college unless you count uncles. I really want to get into MSU. I plan on having an interview and taking advantage of applying early. will my GPA rise by next year? will the recent incline of academic trend make a difference? Please help, I am freaking out about whether or not i'll be accepted. What are my chances? will I get in?

As long as you continue to improve as you said, and fill your senior year with a more difficult curriculum you should make it into state just fine. Just don’t slip up
