Hi Im a student living in Suffolk County, New York...... I have a 2150 SAT (800 M 680 V 670W) 1480 MV. I will be retaking it in november hopefully get it above 1500. Sat II's I have 3 over 700 and 1 at 680. I am interested in going into business. Here is my list of colleges to apply to:

University Of Pennsylvania(Early Decision).
New York University
University of Michigan
Cornell University
Carnegie Mellon University
University Of Chicago
Duke University
Columbia University

I have both undergrad busniess program schools and schools that i will be abel to do econ in. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of more schools I can apply to (including reaches, matches and SAFETIES)

bump-------anyone?

even with great gpa and ec's those are very hard to get into. you need some match/safety schools.

can u suggest some match/safety schools?

Yeah I agree, that's a great list, but they're some of the best business/econ schools around with popular programs so they're all reachy, or at best not safe.

How about Penn State or UMaryland as safe matches with good business programs. Maybe BU, GWU.

I have 2200 SAT (1420 MV), 1st decile- 3.77 unweighted gpa, SAT II's (IC-760, Chem-760, Writing-780, Bio-720).
I'm applying to similar schools:
Cornell
U Chicago
U Michigan
U Wisconsin
U Iowa
U N. Carolina
NYU
Johns Hopkins

I live in Ithaca, NY (below Cornell)... euh.. let's see... 3 varsity letters in Track and Field (Pole Vault), and I have quite a bit of community service and about 350 hours of lab work at Cornell U (tho I changed my preferred major to Hotel SChool, lol, so that don't really help).
Anyways, you can compare your records to mine since we have such similar picks and records... dunno if that helps.
