So I got invited to ADS and I'm going, but it would be great knowing how to go about studying for the test. Any tips, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated! What kind of questions are asked anyway? General knowledge sort or obscure questions most people have never heard of?
Thanks in advance. :)

I went to ADS my senior year in high school (2011) and I can honestly say there is no way to study for the test. It is basically like taking a sample test from every AP exam in existence. There were second semester AP Calculus questions, AP Art History questions, Church History questions, AP Economics, Music theory, etc. The list goes on. Unless you have time to read every AP study book out there, I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Sorry for changing the topic, but I didn’t want to start a whole new thread. I lost my ADS invitation letter, so could you tell me the date, time, and location please? Do you think we need to have the invitation with us? Thanks.

@sharjil333: You have to register online for the dates you want to go (there are two options: February 1 and 2 or February 8 and 9; registration and activities on Friday, the actual test on Saturday for both date options)
It’s $65 to take the test and an additional $75 if you want to stay in the Kellogg Center Friday night (either time)
Location is the Kellogg Center on MSU’s campus but again you have to sign up for it, spots fill up fast!
Good luck if you go, maybe I’ll see you there :)

Thanks man =)
