Hello im currently a senior taking AP world history. Ill just be straight and admit that I am having extreme difficulty with the class. Last year I took AP US history and was able to maintain a solid B. Im doing worse in AP world and Im trying to figure out why. At first I tried to take notes on the chapter but the teacher said I shouldn't. Perhaps what I am most aggravated about are the quizzes. I am not always sure what material I should actually be studying so I read everything five times and I get a headache before I finish five pages. I am sorry if this sounds like whining. I am having some trouble in this class and I want to do well. Is there anyone who could help?

What book are you guys using? I took this class last year, got a 5. What I did to get an A in the class was read the chapter, go over the notes from course notes (it corresponded with our book) and for the unit tests I went over the Princeton’s Review book. I tried to reread it before the AP test, but didn’t read through all of it. But I am think my class just prepared me well for the exam so I didn’t have to study much. I think I would be able to find some review packets that I had last year and if you need them I could share the link with you.
