Help with application filling

<p>Sorry if I m entering this query in wrong section of forum but I have no one else who can answer this.</p>

<p>1) As an Indian student... We generally have two different instituitions (school and college) for until 10th and then one for 11th and 12th.
So in high school section of various applications (I m applying in around 8 different universities, so can't be specific), Should I mention my latest i.e. college and then check the box for additional high school and then enter my school (from which I got 10th certificate).</p>

<p>The concern is that there is everywhere warning that I should list all high schools and then in one admission application form of NC - Raleigh, I add both the instituitions and check box the college as latest one. So it asks me for uploading it's transcripts while I dnt have it and will send after my graduation in 2014.</p>

<p>2) Where should I mention my Olympiad and certain quiz certificates? I thought to put in activities but it asks for no. of hours per week and then if I do in awards... I didn't really get award but a certificate of participation with a good rank.</p>

<p>3) Graduation date is the date of giving my final exam or the date when I got the certificate stating my scores?</p>

<p>Pleasee help... I generally don't get replies D':</p>

<li><p>Do you have a graduation ceremony, if so, that date. If not, the date that it is verified that you will graduate.</p></li>
